My wife and I were trying to buy our first home but we didn’t have any knowledge of how to go about things. We reached out to Silvano and since day 1 of meeting with him we learned a lot! I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to be represented by TBG. As a new homeowner this process can be scary, but Silvano always lead me in the right direction. Where do I even begin first and foremost thank GOD for letting us find The Boraccio Group! They are exactly what we needed after having a terrible experience with the realtor that sold our home. Such a great experience working with The Barocio Group. Silvano helped thru every step of the way. My fiancé and I did not think it would be possible to be homeowners at this current market. Silvano not only helped us but was patient and understanding to our needs. He got us into a home after 1 month of starting the process. He knows the market and was very transparent with us in every home we wanted to see. If you are looking for a realtor who is trustworthy and who does not pressure you. Silvano is your guy.
