Reached out online and he was unprofessional… he told me lies after lies. He kept saying he was going to give me a 5.0 interest rate - which was a pipe dream…. He never call back or texted me when I had questions… no class and unprofessional

This company is extremely unprofessional and always badmouthing how ugly homes are when the houses they take pictures of look very nice. 1 star review! Learn to be behave and kind.

I read about about Mr. Barocio selling a home to individuals as what he refers to as "the ugliest house in the best neighborhood". Although, this may have just been a poorly worded joke. It is really an inconsiderate and disrespectful thing to say about an excited family's new home.
