Silvano is a true professional and the experience, knowledge, and skills that he’s acquired has earned him a spot as one of the best in the Bay Area. Him and his team were on top of it from the beginning from negotiating to obstacles to closing, all there with me through it all. As a first time home owner, allof the questions and concerns were answered and broken down. My goal at 18 was to own my first property at 23 and I got it done sooner at 21 being self employed. With the help of his team, they guided me and gave me a plan to execute, so you can trust them in whatever situation you’re in. This review is long overdue. I can't say it enough...this real estate team is AMAZING! They are a team of SUPER caring people with big hearts and passion for helping families. They looked out for my best interest - always! Silvano and his team helped me sell my place in order to buy another home and it was no easy feat, but this team never gave up. They motivated me when I was down after multiple rejections. It was a process of 6 months, but I finally found my DREAM home. I felt like I was working with family the whole time. They are very professional and provided the BEST service which is so important when making such a a life altering transition/purchase. At the end of this journey, I was handed keys to a beautiful home which we ALL worked so hard to get and (as if that wasn't enough) they surprised me with the most heart warming and emotional WELCOME HOME party EVER. It was a magical moment that I will never forget.Special shout out to Silvano, Liz, and Marysol. And of course... they work with the best real estate photographers (Alex!) and videographers. Thanks to TBG, my wife and I have been enjoying our first home. Liz and Silvano helped make the process quick and easy! They introduce us to programs that would help us purchase our first house. They work with Ashley who is a great mortgage advisor. She answered all our questions about our loan. Overall they are a great team and we will work with them again in the future.
