As a first time home buyer i didn’t expect this process to be so easy, i learned alot during these few weeks of home searching I couldn’t thank Jordan and TBG enough for all the support and time they invested into my family . From being available at all times for any questions we had , to giving us advice on what we should pay attention too in homes , as simple as not rushing us into buying just any home . We looked at alot of homes and 3 homes we submitted offers too and we got all three offers excepted and we were in a great position to decide on what home we thought was perfect for us . Working with the Barocio group was such a pleasure from beginning to now. As young first time homebuyers my husband and I were so nervous and we felt very unprepared. However attending the workshops, zoom calls and personal meetings that were hosted by the Barocio Group helped immensely provide us the information on the process of buying a home. We felt a lot more confident when we started looking at homes leading up to us purchasing our first home. When I initially spoke to Silvano he was very knowledgeable and informative. He then connected me with his loan officer Ashley, who was amazing !! This time was my third time investing in a home/lot with my mom and all I have to say that it was the simplest and easiest way yet. I met Marc Williams through a friend that Marc helped. They are happy with their 1st home purchase. I told my sister who at that time was looking for her 1st home as well and she reached him and she’s been in her home for a year (I think..) So, when my husband and I decided to purchase our 2nd home we looked for Marc! Marc and colleagues were all very professional, they know what they’re doing and walked us through every single thing and explained and what I loved the most is that anytime I had a question I would call or text and they were always answering. Where to start?! This TBG team is so much more than a group of real estate agents. We had the pleasure of working with Silvano, Liz and Ashley.
